A Gift to Ghost follows Samuel Nahins and his service dog, Ghost, on a cross-country journey to explore the life-changing bond between people with invisible disabilities and the dogs by their side. Along the way, they meet other service dog teams whose stories reveal the many forms that companionship, independence, and healing can take. What begins as a road trip becomes a deeply personal search for hope, closure, and connection, and a celebration of the extraordinary relationships that help us navigate struggles others may never see.
